Also both audio tracks are in AC3, is this what Aniplex US used? Even so it's at a low bit rate then usual DVD's have it higher. Maybe it's a mistake but seems you forgot to include the PGS subtitles since you've included the Japanese audio track making it impossible to watch leaving only the English dub being watchable.
